At NONNA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
